Great comprehensive supplement - Increased energy and focus

My doctor recommended Metagenics prenatal vitamins. While most vitamins I've taken didn't seem to have noticeable effects for me, with Metagenics, I felt as though I had better focus and energy throughout the day. I didn't love the smell or that there were so many capsules in a packet at first, but I got used to taking them. I found that these really needed to be taken with food or I experienced significant nausea and vomiting. I love taking them now, and continue to use their Women's Multivitamin Packet. I'll certainly use these again if we decide to have more children. (Promotional Review)

Great quality vitamin I used for both pregnancies. The cost however is really high. I wish they could find a way to make these more affordable Ill be discontinuing even through Im still nursing to find a lower cost option. (Promotional Review)
