  • Gastric Bypass (RYGB/RNY), Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG/SG), and Duodenal Switch (DS) patients are recommended to take a high potency multi-vitamin providing 200% daily value of 2/3 of key nutrients essential for bariatric surgery patients5,6 and which include vitamin B1 (thiamin), vitamin K, biotin, folic acid, selenium, iron, zinc, and copper
  • Quality absorbable form of nutrients should be used after bariatric surgery due to the absorption challenges of bariatric patients
  • Gastric Bypass (RYGB/RNY) and Sleeve Gastrectomy (VSG/SG) patients are recommended to take dietary supplements as chewable or liquid in the first 1-3 months after surgery. Gastric Band (AGB) patients should always use chewable or liquid dietary supplements.

Yummy!!

I started 2 years ago with the Mixed Berry flavor. I didn't think they were horrible, but I wouldn't say they were delicious either. But after 2 years of the twice daily dosing, I found myself dreading -and thus skipping- taking them for days on end. Not good.
So, I came to the site looking for a comparable pill form of multi, when lo and behold I found the chewables actually had a new flavor! What!?! And the new flavor is my fave, Strawberry? Cautiously optimistic, I figured I would give the chewables one last try (in the new flavor) before officially going the pill route. Let me tell you...I am SOOO happy I did!! I can actually say with truth that my vitamins are DEEE-LISH! And so fresh tasting! I now look forward to taking my vitamins twice a day! I have yummy multis to go along with my even yummier raspberry calcium chews and I'm back on track with my vitamin regimen! I really, really needed the change, so thank you so much B.A. for adding Strawberry multis!

Does the job, Taste horrendous

They do the job but the mixed fruit flavor is the worst thing I have ever tasted in my life. I gag trying to Chew it, it’s what I dread everyday I wake up. But it does the job vitamin wise

Great product

I have purchased this product since my surgery 4/2019 as it was recommended by my physician. I have had great success with the product. The tablets are large but that actually ran in my favor since I had to chew other medication and took them at the same time. The flavor of these vitamins reminded me of my childhood flintstone vitamins I use to take. I found them to be very tolerable. All of my vitamin blood tests since surgery have been spot on. I would recommend these vitamins to anyone that has had bariatric surgery.

Hate the taste

These really really taste awful. Are very very hard to choke down. I've found the mixed fruit to be only mildly more edible than the strawberry, but will not be repurchasing either.

Good For you but not Good to You

This product may contain all the key nutrients you need after having gastric sleeve however, this pill totally disgust me. I don't know if its because I take one first thing in the morning before eating and the other before bed - but I get either an headache or nausea after taking them. I will not be re-ordering. They are simply too big and nasty to be chewing. Going back to the soft chew-able multivitamins.
