These vitamins are fine and my endocrinologist believes in their quality so I do too. But they are so big. I don't like taking this big of a pill because I often get them stuck in my throat. I have taken the chewables for years and got tired of them so thought I would try these at my doctor's suggestion. If it wasn't for the swallowing issue I would prefer them because it is much fewer per day than the chewables.

Finally a Non-chewable

It's been great to have a non-chewable calcium citrate option. I know many people don't like swallowing pills but I've always preferred that to the large, chalky chewables. It's a great option to help me stay on track with my supplements.
