Iron deficiency is one of the most common deficiencies seen with patients of all bariatric procedure types.

ASMBS guidelines call for a minimum of 18 mg of iron per day for patients of all bariatric procedure types, and many female patients need 45-60 mg per day.¹

I was skeptical, but these are amazing. The flavor is on point. No weird aftertaste either. They taste so good, it's almost hard to limit myself to 1 a day. I take it everyday at lunchtime and treat it as dessert! Will definitely purchase again.

The raspberry chocolate was very yummy. I don’t care for raspberries but I’d figure I’d give it a go. I’m signing up for auto ship cause this is perfect for me.

These vitamins taste sweet like candy and also give you a pretty good amount of iron! I'm thankful for the availability of them, it's hard to find chewy iron supplements for those that can't take pills.
