They're a little large, but once you start chewing, it breaks down easily. The flavor is okay as well.

Improved my labs across the board!

These multi-advanced chewables are part of my roux-en-y protocols. They seem to absorb better than swallowed-whole vitamins. I like the mixed fruit taste, too. I had to get serious with my vitamin protocols diligence and as a result of using Bariatric Advantage products, my labs have never looked better! I like that the products arrive in a timely fashion, I get a discount and free shipping, and any time I have had to contact the company with any kind of an issue over the years, they have always been responsive. Customer service gets an A+.

tried a few brands and this is best for me

Being a recent bariatric sleeve surgery patient, I needed to find a multi that meets the same levels as those my surgeon recommended. After trying two other brands and then samples from Bariatric Advantage, I found this chewable to be the best on taste and ease of chewing it. I carefully studied the nutrition panel against the other brands very closely and this meets my surgeon's recommended RDA's and even exceeds on a couple. Glad I found it so I can finally get this in place and trust I'm doing all I can to stay well.
